4. SMS communications program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Amparo or from a business using Amparo on our behalf, the following applies:

• Opt-in methods may include: checking an SMS consent box in our web or chat intake flow, submitting your mobile number through our website widget, or texting our business number after you initiate contact (for example, after a missed call or service inquiry).
• Message types may include: appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, post-appointment follow-ups, and service-related responses. Marketing messages are sent only where you have given appropriate consent.
• Message frequency varies by interaction; typically up to five (5) messages per scheduled appointment, plus responses to your inbound texts.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (English) or PARAR (Spanish). For help, reply HELP or AYUDA.

5. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data — no sale or sharing for marketing

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or otherwise transfer for monetary or other valuable consideration your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in consent, or other mobile-derived personal information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates except as needed to deliver the messaging and scheduling services you requested (for example, SMS delivery providers operating on our instructions) or as required by law.

6. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate our services. They process data only on our instructions and for purposes such as SMS delivery, calendar scheduling, hosting, and automation. These may include providers such as Twilio (SMS), Google (Workspace and Calendar), and automation platforms we use to connect our tools.

We require service providers to protect personal information and not use your mobile number or SMS consent for their own marketing.

7. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of certain information, and opt out of certain sharing (where applicable). We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
