1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, chat experiences, and communication services operated by Amparo LLC ("Amparo," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Amparo provides AI-assisted scheduling, intake, and customer communication tools for service businesses, including web chat, SMS notifications, and related automation. Features may change during pilot or demo periods.

3. SMS terms

When you opt in to receive text messages:

• You authorize Amparo and our service providers to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide for service-related purposes described at opt-in.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; typically up to five (5) messages per appointment, plus replies to your inbound texts.
• You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP or PARAR. For help, reply HELP or AYUDA.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We may suspend messaging if we detect abuse, invalid numbers, or compliance risk.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information, use our services lawfully, and not misuse automated messaging (including spam, harassment, or unauthorized opt-ins).

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," especially during pilot or beta periods. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, appointment availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Amparo is not a law firm, medical provider, or emergency service. Do not use SMS for emergencies. Call 911 or appropriate emergency services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amparo and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you paid Amparo for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amparo from claims arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes will be in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
